Sharon Owens is mainly known for her bestseller The teahouse on Magnolia Street, however I have yet to read this and this was the first novel of hers that I have edured. This novel has a poignant storyline and has a range of sharply described characters who have very sharp personalities. They all have different twists and turns continueing around them and the storylines did keep me flicking through the book. I felt it was a good storyline and a comfortable read, I would recommend this type of book to my mother or someone in older generation than myself as I feel it has storylines which are shaped around the older generation. However, it can be enjoyed by someone of my age group ( which is late teens ).**-2 Star Rating.
